Job Description
Position: Business Development Manager

Salary: 80-140KPHP/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for expanding the network of merchants in the local Philippine market, promoting the platform’s services, and establishing positive business partnerships.
- Study the characteristics and merchant needs of the Philippine market, formulate relevant market expansion strategies and plans.
- Visit potential merchants, provide a detailed introduction to the platform’s value and advantages, and negotiate cooperation details with merchants.
- Responsible for signing cooperation agreements with merchants and maintaining ongoing cooperation relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Work closely with merchants, understand their operational needs, provide timely support and solutions to enhance partner satisfaction.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback in the Philippine market, provide insights on business development to the internal team.
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years experience in local market expansion in the Philippines, familiar with local business culture and market trends.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish and maintain positive relationships with local merchants.
- Have the ability to independently explore the market, proactively identify business opportunities, and drive merchant cooperation.
- Familiar with the business cooperation process in the Philippine market, skilled in handling the signing of cooperation agreements and subsequent operations.
- Possess a strong teamwork spirit, able to collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Have data analysis capabilities, able to formulate effective expansion strategies based on market data.
- A strong interest in local life services and digital platforms is a significant advantage.
Able to start in a short period of time

Salary: Php80,00.00 – Php120,00.00 per month
