Job Description
HRTX Consulting seeks a driven Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition, manage high-value pipelines, and close strategic deals. Responsibilities include prospecting, pitching, account development, channel building, and providing market intelligence. Candidates must have at least five years of B2B business development experience and five years in SaaS, with a proven record of exceeding quotas and a hunter/closer mentality. Strong strategic selling skills, high emotional intelligence, and resilience are required. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position offering up to Php100,00/month, with promotion opportunities and the possibility of permanent conversion.
