Job Description
A Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales. Responsibilities include market research, strategy development, client acquisition, and partnership management to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Handle business development and regulatory relationship affairs.
- Boost sales and growth through marketing strategies and client relationships.
- Learn and implement government regulations, ensure compliance, and manage client contracts.
- Develop relationships with government agencies such as DMW, POLO, POEA, and industry organizations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledgeable on POEA Rules and Regulations with Landbased Migration.
- Ability to review legal documents.
- Technology Savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of Social Media Platforms, E-mail Marketing, etc.
- Flexible to work with clients in different time zones.
- Willing to coordinate with POLO offices based on timezones outside office hours if needed.
