Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans that promote revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will also engage key decision-makers and establish relationships with potential customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager
- Ability to think strategically and independently to develop and implement business plans that promote revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage key decision-makers and establish relationships with potential customers and partners
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working in the IT, Managed Services, or security industry is highly desirable
- Adept in the use of CRM software
