Responsibilities:
- Spearhead special projects in Distributor Management, Sari-Sari Store Operations, and MSME Acquisition from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify synergies and opportunities for cross-functional engagements in Distributive Trade and SME space.
- Analyze issues and opportunities, implement action plans, and workflows for improved operations.
- Develop and launch new policies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Establish standardized policies for Distributor Management and MSME Acquisition.
- Act as an escalation point of contact for internal communications.
- Support upper management reports, presentations, and long-term strategies.
