Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and establish strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will identify market opportunities, cultivate client relationships, develop persuasive proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve business objectives.
- Prospect and acquire new clients while managing account development and retention.
- Lead contract negotiations and coordinate initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on progress against targets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience in sales or business development, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
