Job Description
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closure. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients for BPO services.
- Generate leads through networking and business development strategies.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Propose BPO solutions based on client requirements.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for profitable agreements.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and industry trends.
