Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities through engagement with various stakeholders. Manage existing clients, respond to inquiries, and increase workload from current clients. Increase sales through proactive activities like outside sales, trade shows, customer calls, and relationship-building with key decision-makers. Other duties involve prospecting for new customers and developing sales plans.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Required skill set includes selling, preferably in Sales.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of Php30,00.00 per month. Benefits include company Christmas gift, events, health insurance, opportunities for promotion, pay raise, and permanent employee status. Schedule: 8-hour shift. Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary.
