Business Development Manager at Offshore Business Processing
Salary: PHP80,00.00 – PHP150,00.00

Job Summary
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will develop new business across transport, telecommunications, and technologies industries, focusing on managed services, BPO, and ITO solutions in the Call Centre/Contact Centre space.
Responsibilities
- Be the Company’s brand ambassador
- Identify sales opportunities and create proposals
- Conduct meetings with clients
- Create tailor-made solutions for clients
- Close deals strategically
- Manage sales process and meet targets
- Proactively manage client accounts
- Entertain clients visiting the Manila offices
- Achieve or exceed KPI targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales management experience in the BPO industry
- Proactive and go-getter attitude
- Strong research and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Highly motivated and flexible
