Job Description
TFC Capital Philippines, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to revive our corporate finance advisory practice, sourcing debt, equity, and partnership funding for Philippine and selective cross-border transactions. This full-time, permanent role requires a proactive, in-person professional able to close deals through persistent phone follow-up and timely execution.
- Minimum 5 years’ finance experience with a strong personal network
- Solid knowledge of debt and equity structures; negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in English; experience with cross-border capital flows preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and meet transaction timelines
Compensation: From Php35,00 per month.
