Job Description
A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. They analyze market trends, assess competitors, and develop strategic plans to grow the company’s revenue and market presence.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries to target
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of market changes
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
