Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing strategies to grow the existing business and develop new ones through research of the current market and potential business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential markets, clients, and projects, in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and distributors.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets and long-term growth goals.
- Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of distributors.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years of sales and management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business Acumen and Excellent Sales negotiation
- Must be willing to go field work
