Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment, staffing solutions, outsourcing, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients, vendors, and partners in the IT industry.
- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Conduct outreach to generate new leads.
- Support senior team members in client relationships.
- Schedule meetings and deliver presentations to clients.
- Maintain CRM records and stay updated on industry trends.
- Organize and attend industry events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
