The Business Development Officer is expected to:
- Perform lead generation, product/service pitching to food and store owners or merchants, and collect requirements from partnered merchants.
- Conduct lead generation and research remotely or in-person.
- Participate in other lead generation activities such as flyering and attending trade events.
- Schedule and pitch to restaurant owners, staff, or managers.
- Follow up regularly with restaurant point of contacts to continue negotiations, ensure contract signing, and facilitate proper transition to onboarding activities.
- Assist in content onboarding, ensuring collected data and documents are complete and in alignment with requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Applicants must be willing to do fieldwork.
- Hybrid Working Setup (WFH & On-Site).
