Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM / 8:30AM to 5:30PM / 9AM to 6PM
Work Set Up: Hybrid (4 days onsite and 1-day WFH)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Relevant work experience in non-life insurance is an advantage
- Knowledge in affinity programs and digital sales is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in negotiation and completion of business requirements with clients and brokers
- Perform research on business processes to generate potential leads and business partners
- Identify business opportunities
- Help in creating business plans, sales pitches, reference materials, and presentations
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure compliance and completion
- Track declarations, premium payments, and claims-related questions
- Submit accurate and timely reports and performance updates for each line of business or partnership
- Develop and strengthen valuable business relationships with affinity partners, brokers, cedants, current customers, and prospective prospects
- Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time
