Job Description

Client Profile: This Japanese company was founded in 1991 and is one of the top banking and financial insurance companies in Japan, providing high-quality services to customers.

Salary Offer: Php 25K to Php 35K

Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM / 8:30AM to 5:30PM / 9AM to 6PM

Work Set Up: Hybrid (4 days onsite and 1-day WFH)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Relevant work experience in non-life insurance is an advantage
  • Knowledge in affinity programs and digital sales is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in negotiation and completion of business requirements with clients and brokers
  • Perform research on business processes to generate potential leads and business partners
  • Identify business opportunities
  • Help in creating business plans, sales pitches, reference materials, and presentations
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure compliance and completion
  • Track declarations, premium payments, and claims-related questions
  • Submit accurate and timely reports and performance updates for each line of business or partnership
  • Develop and strengthen valuable business relationships with affinity partners, brokers, cedants, current customers, and prospective prospects
  • Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time
