Job Description
- Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic directions and plans.
- Analyze external and internal customer data using available databases, spreadsheets, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and other software tools.
- Evaluate customers’ online and face-to-face behavior, providing insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the customer journey/experience.
- Conduct analytical tests, communicate results, and provide recommendations.
- Identify underperforming company services, develop in-depth knowledge of offerings, pricing, and policies, and improve sales proposals for achieving revenue targets.
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of Sales and Marketing activities, handle ad-hoc analytic requests, and develop/automate regular reports.
- Identify untapped potential new markets to add value to the company’s services and products, as well as its affiliates.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.
- Advise other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.
