Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and build strong client relationships
- Provide tailored solutions for client needs
- Conduct informative presentations and close sales
- Comfortable in pressure washing job
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in sales
- Knowledge in the cleaning services industry is a plus
- Understanding of property management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently
- Preferred location in the South
