Account Management
- Acts as the main contact on our portfolio accounts
- Ensures all client needs are managed and projects are monitored to ensure we deliver based on client’s specifications
- Works well with the team and the other departments to ensure action plans are met and results are delivered
- Builds trust, credibility, and client referrals
