Job Description
Starbreaker Corp. is seeking a dedicated Business Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will identify prime locations in high-foot traffic areas across Visayas and Mindanao, conduct site visits, and negotiate favorable lease agreements. Responsibilities include market research, establishing relationships with property stakeholders, and ensuring the financial success of our stores.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, strong negotiation skills, knowledge of zoning regulations, valid driver’s license, and travel ability. Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 monthly.
