Job Description
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the team’s overall goals, priorities, and client value proposition
- Generate and reach out to qualifying leads through outbound emails, calls, and social media
- Schedule consultations, demos, and other related appointments between the prospective client and the Director of Business Development
- Field basic questions and concerns about the service/s we offer
- Provide support in developing effective business development strategies
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts and other relevant documentation
- Utilize PandaDoc or email to send quotes to clients and follow up to ensure timely responses
- Efficiently monitor multiple correspondences to ensure prompt replies are sent out to leads and clients
- Ensure all relevant data is kept updated in the CRM
