Job Description
- Site Acquisition
- Real Estate Acquisition
- Build customer relationship management (CRM)
- Support existing and upcoming projects and bring them to completion
- Gather and present market data and analysis
- Create and systemize improvement of the workflow process
- Draft contracts and preparation of legal requirements for the project
- Property management for existing property
- Supervise existing independent businesses
- Expand the business and create opportunities in the market
