Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years related work experience in housing or real estate.
- Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English.
- Highly organized and can work under pressure.
- Goal-oriented and has critical and analytical thinking.
- Willing to do business trips from time to time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for internal/external coordination pertaining to Government housing projects such as 4PH, CHI, etc.
- Undertake development related permits legwork.
- Provide support in ensuring effective prospecting and implementation for projects.
- Perform departmental administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
