Job Description
- Recruit potential livestreaming anchors through personal talents network, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other livestreaming platform channels, evaluate and interview the anchors, select high-quality anchors.
- Responsible for the training management and relationship maintenance of contracted anchors, assist anchors to broadcast, and solve problems in the live broadcast process.
- Assist the hosts to formulate live broadcast content, manage and standardize the atmosphere of the live broadcast room, and improve the live broadcast process.
- Complete livestreaming live data recording and replay in time to improve live broadcast data.
- Monitor the competitive product dynamics and make the strategy and movement accordingly.
- Work alone with hosts to create and maintain a robust framework to support the application. Push hosts to do live and hit the target.
- Planning, organizing, and implementing PK battles inside the platform to gain more diamonds.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
