Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain consistent communication with distributors in the designated region to launch and advertise items in compliance with branch, corporate, and marketing objectives and guidelines.
- Coach and train distributors’ sales teams to follow corporate objectives and provide outcomes.
- Give direction, monitor the distributor’s sales team’s operations, train them, and help them with any special queries or issues they may have with their technical or selling endeavors.
- To raise awareness of the items, get in touch with current and prospective interior designers, architects, hotel operators, and developers.
- Make and keep in regular touch with engineers, plumbers, and builders to let them know about the benefits of using products for their clients.
- Examine and assess the given area in terms of distributor performance, market trends and opportunities, competition, and business and economic conditions. Make recommendations for program and distributorship modifications to improve area operations.
- Ensure a smooth handover of authorized or specified projects to distributors, and closely monitor on-time product delivery to distributors and clients, as well as contract completion.
