Position Title: Business Interlock Associate Manager
Work Setup: Return to Office
Overall Purpose:
Client facing role, manages team of trainers and content developers/writers.
Responsibilities:
Assessment of Training Needs:
- Performance trends and training needs analysis to improve performance or manage outliers through training or coaching.
- Review, design/develop, and assess training curriculum, content, and performance evaluation.
Reporting
- Generates, reviews, and distributes training reports to Operation Leads and Clients
- Maintains collection and tracking of relevant Training data
- Assists with team-specific reporting activities
Others:
Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends off
Project/Team Location: Client Site – Non-Accenture Facility
