Job Description
Atticus Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Analyst to support our practice leaders. This internal role focuses on developing and documenting processes, creating templates, and providing essential operational support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating on workflows, assisting with project coordination, and upholding confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Preferred qualifications include experience in operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with workflow design tools, such as Visio or Lucidchart, is an advantage.
Successful candidates must be available to work during U.S. time zones, with opportunities for expanded responsibilities based on performance.
