Job Description
Project Name: FE Business Operations
Position Title: Business Operations Associate
Work Setup: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and automate manual processes.
- Conduct business process analysis and present findings to project leads.
- Assess tool changes to align with Resource and Demand Management.
- Monitor stakeholder compliance with resource management guidelines.
- Assist tools lead with infrastructure changes affecting operations.
- Provide support for tool-related issues.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months relevant experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Background in data analysis is a plus.
Location: Quezon City, Global One Center
