Job Description
To support Business Operations and Development Manager in all his targets and endeavors. Tasked to improve documentation in an efficient and timely manner. Continue to streamline the work process of our operation to better serve the customer. Maintain timely responses to customers’ email and requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepares port disbursement account (PDA)
- Answers email, sends vessel status/updates
- Sends pre-arrival info to vessel
- Informs attending agent vessel update/status
- For incoming vessel with discharging operations
- New vessel
- Requests for URN (vessel registry number for online manifest submission)
- Encodes & submits online manifest
- New vessel
QUALIFICATIONS
- Alabang Muntinlupa residence is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php17,00.00 per month
