Job Description
- Responsible for solving business process problems, challenging existing processes, and defining new ones to improve or facilitate system changes.
- Includes requirements gathering, fact-finding, business process development and implementation, systems testing, and process compliance.
- Serve as the liaison between business process owners and the Information Systems Department.
