Job Description
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst II to lead process improvement initiatives by mapping and optimizing end-to-end workflows, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainable change. You will document requirements, design solutions with BPM tools (BPMN), support testing and rollout, and deliver training and performance reports to ensure measurable efficiency gains.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; 5+ years of process analysis experience.
- Skills: strong analytical ability, clear communication, and stakeholder management; experience with process modeling (BPMN) and SQL.
- Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
