Job Description
The Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Conduct process walkthroughs with process owners to identify improvement opportunities
- Walkthroughs cover data gathering and analysis, benchmarking, coordinating with stakeholders, and designing process information through proper documentations
- Identify, impact assess, and align process changes with stakeholders, securing proper sign offs
- Develop, facilitate, and participate where appropriate in business process testing prior to roll-out
- Drive the delivery of process changes, which includes the following: training and rollout, monitoring of compliance, and evaluating performance results
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Management/Commerce or any related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge in MS Office Application (More on Visio and Excel – Pivot, Basic formula) and Basic concepts of business process
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Exposure to or interest in Project Management and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders
- Must be a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate holder
- Must be willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay
