Qualifications:
- Excellent English and Chinese/Mandarin verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Open to any specialization but must have a bachelor’s degree
- Ability to converse in Mandarin to understand Chinese clients
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and capture information into the system based on established methods and procedures
