Job Description
Dedicated project manager responsible for driving process improvements for multiple concurrent projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology. Responsible for facilitating training of Lean Six Sigma methodology and mentoring the training candidates to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business process gaps and opportunities for LSS project execution
- Expand projects with local scope to global scope whenever possible
- Manage and execute improvements at Green Belt level aligning to strategy. Complete projects within 4 months with benefits in accordance to annual targets.
- Deliver training plan, organize training projects with cross-functional teams. Mentor teams to complete projects within 4 months. Deliver to training and certification annual targets.
Required skills + qualities (technical):
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Project Management + experience leading projects
- Advanced Analytical and Quantitative skills
- Understanding of Call Centre Business (strategy, KPIs)
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Training facilitation – adapting training to different levels and projects
