Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in managing business process transactions and teams.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers and senior leadership.
- Monitor process performance and quality metrics.
- Analyze data for enhancement opportunities.
- Support strategic planning for process optimization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a similar role.
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree and/or relevant certifications are a plus.
