Job Description
The Business Relationship Officer will spearhead client engagement initiatives, monitoring of sales report and cultivating relationships to drive business growth, maximize revenue and market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Researches and submits to Immediate Superior an accurate baseline information on companies per assigned area, broker and agents for sales leads
- Conducts marketing campaigns for voluntary enrollment to expand the business.
- Conducts periodic visits or meetings with the clients for customer relationship building
- Reviews and updates presentation materials and proposal programs based on the Client requirements
- Participates during internal meetings as required
- Monitor and ensures compliance and timely roll-out of accounts per policy
- Secures signed and notarized contract, and other needed documents
- Collaborates with other concerned units and account management support team to address any issues and concerns
- Reviews, recommends and elevates to Immediate Superiors other complex issues, concerns or requirements from Clients
- Gathers data, prepares and ensures timely submission of Clients requested reports such as Utilization Report, Comparative Analysis of Benefits Year-to-Year or against Industry
- Collaborates with Marketing and Operations Team to ensure delivery of all primary and secondary deliverables to both external and internal client
- Implements and monitors different PR activities on various corporate activities of Clients such as Sports Fest, Anniversary, Wellness Program, Birthdays, etc.
- Reviews, elevates and recommends approval from Immediate Superior on non-coverable cases needing business decision
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor degree preferably business courses
- At least with 1 to 3 years of insurance sales experience
- Customer oriented, organized, result driven, collaborative and innovative
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven creativity and strategic thinking
- Proficient with MS Office
