Job Description
We are seeking a Business Support Assistant to join our dynamic Customer Reporting team. This role involves assisting in generating and analyzing reports, supporting customer service initiatives, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends
- Support customer service team with reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Prior experience in a similar role and a background in business administration are a plus.
