Job Description
As a Business Support Team Supervisor in our HR Service Center, you will be responsible for managing a team focused on delivering high-quality HR services to our employees. This role involves overseeing daily operations, providing guidance, and ensuring efficiency within the team.
You will play a crucial role in coordinating activities related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR processes. Previous experience in a similar role and a degree in HR management or a related field are preferred.
