Job Description
OPSOURCE, INC. is seeking a dedicated Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the initiation stage of projects, assisting IT and Business Units to articulate both functional and non-functional requirements.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather business needs, conducting gap analysis, designing Dynamics 365 solutions, identifying issues during testing, and providing user training. You should be familiar with Agile methodologies and possess proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules.
