Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Support Specialist I. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers with any product-related inquiries or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient problem resolution
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve product performance
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred
- Proficient in using CRM software and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
