Job Description
Job Description:
- Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in enhancing process performance.
- Deliver training and coach on business excellence principles.
- Support standardized processes’ creation, monitoring, and analysis.
- Assist in formal management reviews of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Provide input to KPI reports and review meetings.
- Conduct cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Implement strategic quality direction into operational practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduates with relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Excellence or related fields.
- Experience in BPO industry is preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or training required.
