Manage sales, recruit, train, and conduct regular business reviews to align team with goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3 years managing a Financial Advisors team in the Insurance Industry.
- 5 years of managerial experience if transitioning from another industry.
