Job brief
A prominent FMCG Distribution company, Atlantis Consulting, is in search of a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Head. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of one of the four major Business Units.
Responsibilities
- Function as a mini CEO within the assigned Business Unit, focusing on KPIs such as sales, profitability, top-line management, portfolio management, returns, and operations
- Oversee 3 to 5 direct reports in areas such as Marketing, Product Marketing, and other functions within a dotted line structure
- Demonstrate flexibility to contribute to the growth and success of the Food and Beverages (Snacks, Soft Drinks, Juices, Dairy, Meat) and Confectionery and Chocolates (Chocolates, Candies and Sweets, Gums and Chewing Products) Business Units.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a leadership role, preferably in FMCG Distribution
- Exposure with Food and Beverages (Snacks, Soft Drinks, Juices, Dairy, Meat) and Confectionery and Chocolates (Chocolates, Candies and Sweets, Gums and Chewing Products) is an advantage
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators and strategic management
- Experience managing medium-sized enterprises with a financial range of 9-10 digits in pesos
- Familiarity with a hands-on, non-corporate business environment
