Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures clients’ logistics requirements are met via efficient Production Planning Inventory and Control
- Ensures clients’ volume requirements are met via efficient Production Operations
- Ensures clients’ product quality requirements are met via robust Quality procedures.
- Ensures physical inventory of clients’ and company’s stocks are safely kept, monitored, and accurately matches that of the SAP or database records
- Ensures operational KPIs (Efficiency, Volume Achievement, Inventory Accuracy, Packaging Materials usage, Customer Complaints, Safety-LTA, Manning, Performance Evaluation) are being met monthly.
- Ensures weekly and monthly operational reports are submitted on time.
- Ensures monthly Goals and Objectives (aside from KPIs) are achieved
Job Specification or Qualifications:
- College Graduate preferably Engineering graduate
- Minimum 5 years middle management job experience
- With manufacturing setting experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Computer literate (WS, Excel, PowerPoint)
