Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
Area Management
- Implement sales funnel strategy across the area.
- Ensure the sales team targets correct end users (doctors and hospitals).
- Collaborate consistently with subordinates.
- Actively seek new accounts.
Sales
- Develop and monitor sales strategies with marketing.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets.
- Implement project management and evaluate ROI for bids and sponsorships.
Customer Management
- Provide guidance and coaching for customer queries and concerns.
- Conduct end-user training sessions.
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate needs and concerns.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Any Business or Medical Allied courses
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in Healthcare/Medical Management
- Effective verbal and written communication skills along with proper etiquette
- Effective decision-making skills.
