Job Description
In charge of choosing, chopping, and slicing carcasses into portions as well as offering high-quality meat goods and services for our restaurants.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold an associate’s degree or high school diploma.
- Minimum five months experience in using bandsaw, grinder, and slicer for cutting meat.
- Skills include preparing, cutting, blending, tenderizing, and packing various meats.
- Capable of cutting, trimming, boning, tying, and grinding meats for preparation.
- Ability to start immediately and work in Scout Madrinian (South Triangle), Quezon City.
