Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for selecting, cutting, and slicing carcasses into wholesale and retail cuts, providing quality meat products, and excellent service to customers
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess at least a High School Diploma or an Associate Degree in any field
- Preferably with at least 5 months experience in meat cutting and using bandsaw, grinder, and slicer
- Must be customer service oriented
