Job Description
Buyer/Planner is responsible for the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, and services for the EMS Group of Companies.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Locate vendors, interview them, and determine product availability and sales terms.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders.
- Initiate bid/quotes process, develop specifications, oversee bids, and make recommendations.
- Prepare purchasing forms, validate business documentation, and ensure proper finance documentation.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
