Job Description
As a Buyer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our buyers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
You will analyze buying trends, identify opportunities for process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance buyer satisfaction.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with buyers and internal teams.
