Job Description
Will be assigned at Amalgamated Project Management Services and Construction Inc. (A subsidiary of Asian Appraisal Company Inc.)
Will be responsible for the preparation of design, shop, and as-built drawings as required during the construction, survey, designing, tendering, etc., of projects.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s/College in BS Architecture.
- A background about the whole construction project management process is a plus.
- Can effectively communicate and work with project engineers, surveyors, designers, etc., to ensure accurate drawings are produced.
- Can create plans and blueprints using various CAD software and technologies.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful and resilient. A team player, has initiative and positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Willing to start on site (stay-in).
- Willing to be deployed in Batasan, Quezon City.
- Available to start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 13 months
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- CAD: 1 year (Required)
