Job Description
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural or Interior Design.
- Proficient in numbers, quantification, accuracy, and completeness of work.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in operating CAD software.
- Organized, Systematic and has keen eye to details.
- With good verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably with minimum on-site construction exposure.
- Willing to work longer hours.
GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare CAD drawings ranging from architectural to interior design documentation.
- Prepare design concepts, images, and materials for project presentation.
- Communicate with contractors and project personnel regarding client requirements and progress.
- Produce CAD drawings for engineering designs and propose design solutions.
- Liaise with engineers to create accurate CAD drawings.
- Produce sections and details for practical installations.
- Maintain and store CAD drawings efficiently and keep drawing directory updated.
- Submit reports and documents as required.
- Perform other management functions as needed.
